Engineering Management Inc. has had an ongoing relationship with the Rabun County Water and Sewer Authority (RCWSA) over the past 25 years. EMI has designed and managed more than 15 major projects over this time period as well as numerous small projects.

EMI also provides operational assistance, O & M manual preparation, maintains an up-to-date hydraulic water model and assists in funding procurement.

EMI also assists the Authority in budgeting, Capital Projects estimating, Service Delivery negotiations, system mapping and construction management.

EMI also has been in responsible charge of the required County wide watershed protection plan, monitoring and annual reporting since 2003.
