Engineering Management, Inc. was retained by Georgia DNR as the Civil Engineer for various State Parks and Historical Sites. Engineering Management, Inc. provides all Civil Engineering services on these projects. These services included the following:

  • Conceptual site plans for owner’s review and approval

  • Preparation of site grading, drainage and erosion control

  • Hydrology study utilizing the SCS method to estimate stormeater runoff rates for pre-developed and post-development flows. The computer model “Hydroflow” was used to develop hydrographs and detention structure routings

  • Design of stomwater piping system and stomwater detention, water and sewer system design.  

  • Preparation of a detailed landscape plan

  • Permitting though the appropriate governmental agencies

 

Projects have ranged from extremely small to comprehensive in nature; and have included roads, water, sewer, site planning, expansions, rehabilitation, water and wastewater operations and various required services for infrastructure and facilities.
