The Jackson County Water and Sewerage Authority (JCWSA) faced difficulties in filling the elevated storage tank in Talmo, Georgia, from the main JCWSA distribution system. To address this issue, the Authority decided to replace an abandoned water booster pump station located on their property at the intersection of North Jackson Loop and Old Gainesville Highway. They engaged EMI to provide design and bid phase services for the project, ensuring a reliable solution to enhance the system's efficiency.
