As a member of our team, you will assist with providing quality construction administration, observation, monitoring and reporting services for local government clients addressing civil infrastructure needs and improvements. You will work with a project team developing and understanding construction plans and specifications for infrastructure systems including water, sanitary sewer, transportation, civil site, and stormwater. In this role, you will have responsibilities such as performing constructability reviews, preparing quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates, understanding contract documents, reviewing contractor payment applications, and preparing daily reports.
Applicants must have the ability to effectively interpret and communicate plans and specification requirements, and support funding program requirements. This role will serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and EMI personnel. Applicants must have a clean driving record and a demonstrated commitment to safe operations. This position requires significant fieldwork and travel.
